SHORT STAY: for 2/3 nights weekends extra charge of € 5.00 per person/night.
The reservation is considered valid after the deposit has been paid and after the manager has confirmed it to the customer.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer to:

The deposit is a guarantee of the booking. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the entire quotation. No deductions will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

The rooms are available from 2.00pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00am on the departure day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: for cancellations up to 30 days the deposit will be refunded 100%. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained and considered valid for a future stay within 1 year.

We do not accept pets.
